We stand by our repairs and will replace or refund your money if the parts we install fail!

We only use brand new, original parts from the manufacturer. This ensures all our repairs have the highest quality standards around. We believe if you're going to spend money to fix your expensive phone, it should be repaired with the same quality parts it came with!

If any issue occurs within the 90 day warranty period, simply bring the phone in and if the issue is related to the repair that took place, we will conduct repairs and replace the defective parts free of charge. If the phone is deemed unrepairable, we will refund you the money spent to repair the phone.

This warranty does not include general wear and tear, misuse of the phone, or accidental damage. This warranty only covers parts installed by FFE and is void if the parts have been tampered with or damaged due to the phone being taken apart by someone other than us. We are in no way responsible for any issues that are not associated with the repair completed.

If the issue is not related to the previous repair, a new estimate will be provided for your consideration before repairs commence.

  1. Warranty: All services are covered by three-month hardware labor limited warranty.
    1. Warranty does not extend to any product that is physically damaged, mishandled, misused, improperly installed, is damaged by third party software installation or is not under normal operating conditions.
    2. Warranty does not cover any other issues that arise during repair.
  2. Hardware and software supply and warrantee: All products purchased or services with Firefly Electronics are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Firefly Electronics will take charge of return or exchange at our normal hourly rates.
  3. Security and data safeguarding: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that prior to services on the electronic equipment, all critical data has been backed up, and that appropriate recovery procedures are in place. In compliance with Canadian Law.
  4. Privacy: Any repair services may necessitate Firefly Electronics Staff to come in contact with sensitive and confidential information. We guarantee not to disclose or use any of your privileged information.
  5. Software licensing: It is the client's responsibility to comply with the terms of use, distribution, duplication and other requirements, whether public or private in origin, applicable to any software supplied through Firefly Electronics or for any software for which Firefly Electronics is asked to work on.
  6. Returns and refunds: Available for 10 days from date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Receipt and original packaging required for refund or exchange. No refund on:
    • Special order items
    • Batteries
    • Fuses
    • Screen protectors
    • Custom made items
    • Data storage
    Cables and adapters exchange on defective only.
